JPMorgan Private Bank reassured hesitant investors on Tuesday that purchasing equities at their absolute most expensive historical price is actually a highly sophisticated wealth strategy.
Global investment strategy co-head Grace Peters appeared on Bloomberg Television to confirm that the current all-time market high is the mathematically correct moment to deploy vast amounts of fresh capital into artificial intelligence firms. The bank noted that while buying low and selling high is a popular retail concept, true institutional resilience requires buying at the absolute peak and hoping the line simply goes higher forever.
When you look at the fundamentals of the AI bull market, it becomes clear that waiting for a correction is a fool's errand, whereas paying top dollar right this second demonstrates true portfolio leadership.
Peters advised clients to add portfolio resilience by purchasing heavily inflated tech stocks before they become somehow even more expensive. The strategy relies heavily on the premise that the broader market, which has only gone up, will continue to go up indefinitely, or at least until JPMorgan has successfully collected its quarterly advisory fees.
At press time, JPMorgan analysts were drafting a supplemental client note explaining why taking out a second mortgage to buy shares of Nvidia at its absolute zenith is a crucial hedge against inflation.
