The streetwear giant and the retro hardware manufacturer have unveiled a luxurious gaming system perfectly engineered to remain permanently entombed in its shrink-wrap.
NEW YORK—Streetwear giant Supreme and retro hardware manufacturer Analogue announced a collaboration for the Fall/Winter 2026 collection on Thursday, unveiling a 24K gold-plated handheld gaming system specifically designed to never boot up a single piece of software.
The limited-edition release, described on Supreme’s website as a "metallic portable handheld multi-video-game-system," features unibody aluminum construction and custom glossy finishes. Hardware analysts project the device will deliver flawless, zero-lag performance while resting permanently inside an acrylic display case next to a pair of unworn sneakers.
Our custom hardware stack flawlessly recreates the original silicon logic of a 1989 Nintendo handheld, ensuring the device remains incredibly authentic as it slowly gathers dust on a SoHo shelf.
The red and gold models retain the original Pocket's high-density LCD screen, which Supreme confirmed will remain completely powered down at scale. While Analogue originally designed the product roadmap to resurrect decades-old physical cartridges, streetwear enthusiasts have already praised the 24K gold edition for perfectly complementing the Supreme-branded crowbar and masonry brick they currently use as living room decor.
At press time, secondary market buyers paying a 400% markup on StockX were reportedly furious after unboxing the premium device and discovering a weird, useless rectangular slot carved into the back.
